Personal data we collect
We only collect the data you provide directly in our forms:
- Contact form: name, email address, subject and the content of your message.
- Quote form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the details of your request: certificate type, volume, country of production, technology, year of production and additional information.
When you use the forms, certain technical data such as your IP address and browser information are also processed automatically, solely to protect the site against spam and abuse (see Cookies and similar technologies).
We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.
Purposes of processing
Primary purposes, necessary to handle your request:
- Replying to your messages, questions and requests for information.
- Preparing and sending you quotes for energy certificates and our services.
- Following up on the business relationship and, where applicable, providing the services you contract.
- Protecting the website and forms against spam, fraud and misuse.
Secondary purposes, not necessary to handle your request:
- Sending you information about our services, market updates and regulatory news related to renewable energy.
If you do not want us to process your data for secondary purposes, tell us at any time at info@moendi.mx. This will not affect how we handle your request.
Processors and data transfers
To run the site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf (processors), under confidentiality and security obligations:
- Hostinger: website hosting and the email service where we receive your messages.
- Cloudflare: security check (Turnstile) that tells people apart from automated programs.
These providers may process information on servers located outside Mexico.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We will only transfer it when necessary to comply with legal obligations or requests from competent authorities, or in the other cases provided by law that do not require your consent.
ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, Cancel it when you consider it is not needed for the stated purposes, and Object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights). You may also withdraw the consent you have given us.
To exercise these rights, send a request to info@moendi.mx that includes:
- Your name and an email address or other means to send you our response.
- A copy of an official ID or, where applicable, documents proving legal representation.
- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Any information that helps us locate your data.
We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request and, if it is appropriate, carry it out within the following 15 business days, in line with the deadlines set by applicable law.
How to limit the use or disclosure of your data
You can ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data by writing to info@moendi.mx. You may also register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
Retention and security
We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and applicable legal obligations. After that, we securely delete or block it.
We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) of form data.

We may update this Privacy Notice due to legal changes, or changes in our services or practices. We will publish any change on this page, with the date of the last update.
